We are please to announce that we are now booking events to make products live! Having started with our first live production event in 2018, we have had people knocking at our door asking for us to attend events. During 2019, we did pre-ordered personalized products for events, which were shipped as a bulk order and distributed by their event staff. In order to effectively do what we do live, the venue will have to be able to accommodate certain logistics.
There are many aspects that we consider when reviewing an event to possibly attend live. Some of them include:
- Location and distance from our base in NH
- Dates, times and length of event
- Type of event
- Expected attendance
- State requirements
- Licensing requirements
- Event royalties
- Types of products requested
There are two different types of live events that we will do.
- We Sell Your Personalized Event Merchandise That We Create (partnership with event staff)
- We Sell Our Personalized Products At Your Event (we are a traditional vendor)
*NOTE: Due to the complexities of making personalized products live, we will not sell your event merchandise and our own merchandise at the same time. If we are going to be personalizing your event merchandise live, you can collect payment and pay us for our products and services and we are paid in full prior to leaving the event or we can collect payment and pay you.
Currently, we are only able to produce products live in temperature controlled buildings with access to our own dedicated 20 amp circuit and an additional (minimum) 15 amp circuit. We anticipate that we will build a custom trailer in the future where we can offer our live production service with very few restrictions at the venue. Please keep in mind that although we may not be able to produce products live at all events, we can still fulfill your bulk order of event merchandise and ship it to you. It is also very possible that you may see us attend your event as spectators or participants!
